The Call for Expressions of Interest was launched on 27.11.2018. to establish a list of experts to assist in the evaluation of project proposals submitted under the Call for proposals for the implementation of the Igman Initiative Small-Grants Programme: “CARE – Contribution to Access of Refugees and IDPs to Rights and Employment Opportunities”, published on October 15th 2018. Projects concerned relate to the support of the sustainability of and civic engagement in the Regional Housing Programme (RHP). The specific objectives of the Call for Proposals are:
1) Improve access to data and analysis on the sustainability of the Regional Housing Programme,
2) Enhance RHP beneficiaries’ livelihoods, access to rights, and local integration.
Individuals interested in submitting their expression of interest are invited to consult the Model Contract for Experts – IPA/2017/ 394-290, bellow, that indicate Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct and Terms of Reference.
